Kappa League

The Kappa League (Kappa Instructional Leadership League) is our youth mentorship and leadership development program designed primarily for young men of color in grades 6th-12th. The program focuses on college readiness, civic engagement, and character building.

Program

Senior Kappa Affairs

To recruit, reclaim, and retain members of the Fraternity who are 60 years. of age and older as active, contributing , fully financial brothers, to encourage implementation of that will facilitate their involvement that will-being! We also encourage our local chapter committees to involve themselves in community service initiatives that are geared toward senior citizens in their respective service area.

• Reduced the age of Senior Kappas from 65 to 60 years of age.
• Achieved 85% level of Chapter participation by Alumni Chapters.
• Implemented the Inaugural Senior Kappa Affairs Breakfast at the Grand Chapter Conclave.
• Recommended a Senior Kappa of the Year Award at the Province Level.

Program

Are You OK?

The “Are You OK?” program is Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.’s national mental‑health and wellness initiative designed to support the emotional, psychological, and social well‑being of its members. The campaign encourages brothers to check in on one another, reduce stigma around mental‑health conversations, and promote access to resources that help address stress, anxiety, depression, and life challenges. The initiative emphasizes brotherhood, open dialogue, and proactive care—reinforcing that seeking help is a sign of strength and that no member should struggle alone.
